Do I have to answer all of the questions they ask me in a Police Interview?

No. You have the right to remain silent or to more commonly answer no comment to any questions put to you. It may be the case that you are not comfortable talking to the police at all as it is your first interview. In this scenario, your legal representative can prepare and read out a written statement on your behalf at the commencement of the interview setting out your version of events.
