Your privacy is important to us. It is SJB Legal Consultants Ltd’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website http://www.voluntarypoliceinterview.com.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We do not use any software to store any of the basic personal information that you provide us with.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with ‘unreserved legal services’ up until the point of court representation. In the interests of our client’s we do hold our own ‘Professional Indemnity Insurance’ cover.  We do not share any personally identifying information publicly except when required to by law.

There is a possibility in any case that we handle that it may cross from an ‘unreserved’ to a ‘reserved legal service’ as the case progresses, to which we will inform you if this happens. We will therefore on occasions with your consent share this information with Archer Maher Solicitors and SKB Legal, to whom we act as a consultancy for and are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Both offer ‘reserved legal services’  which includes court representation to which they will hold separate ‘Professional Indemnity Insurance’ cover through their own law firms for your case. At this point it will be the law firm that we consult for that will have overall conduct of your case. They will address this in any correspondence that they send you. 

We use Google Adwords and Analytics to collect personal data to monitor the performance of our website. They require us to provide them with your IP address only. Please refer to www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/

We also share personal information with Trustpilot for the purposes of website reviews. They act as a functioning data processor, and we are the data controller.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not under our direct control. These websites may have their own policies regarding privacy. We have no control of or responsibility for linked websites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. You access such linked websites at your own risk. These websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
